Preamble
The ATS advertising agency (Agentur für Werbung und Verkaufsförderung ATS GmbH,
Wertherstr. 20,
33615 Bielefeld) is staging an online competition on the www.probau.eu website from 04.07.2016 to 31.10.2016. Participation in this promotional event and the implementation of the event are subject to the following conditions. By taking part in this event, participants confirm that they are in agreement with these conditions of participation.

Participation
In order to take part in the competition, the participant must successfully complete the associated
jump ‘n’ run game, which involves “collecting” at least 20 PROBAU products within 90 seconds, and must fill out the registration form (with name, telephone number and email address) truthfully. The competition is free of charge and does not require the purchase of a product.

Prize
During the competition period (04.07.2016 to 31.10.2016), a winner shall be drawn from the pool of participants each month to receive an Apple iPhone 6s in Space Gray with 64 GB capacity. The iPhone is not bound to a particular network or to a contract. The event organiser will draw the winner. Winners will be notified by email. Prizes will be handed out only to the winners themselves, or to their legal representatives if the participant is a minor. Prizes may not be exchanged, collected in person or redeemed for cash value.

Liability
In handing over the prize to the winners, the event organiser is released from all obligations. The event organiser accepts no liability for legal or material defects of the products. The event organiser accepts no liability for the correctness of the information provided.

Exclusion from the competition
The event organiser reserves the right to exclude persons from the competition if they fail to comply with these conditions of participation. Persons who make use of unauthorised aids or attempt to gain an advantage by other forms of manipulation shall also be excluded. In such cases, the prize can also be subsequently rescinded and reclaimed. Persons who submit false personal data can also be excluded from the event. Competition clubs and automated services are excluded from participation.

Early termination of the promotional event
The event organiser reserves the right to suspend or terminate the promotional event at any time, without prior notice and without giving reasons. ATS will exercise this right particularly if the competition cannot be properly implemented due to technical reasons (such as a virus in the computer system or manipulation or faults in the hardware or software) or legal reasons. If such a termination of the competition is caused by the behaviour of a participant, then the event organiser can claim compensation from this person for the damage incurred. In the case described above, early termination of the competition shall in no way lead to the event organiser being liable to pay damages to the participants for this reason.

Miscellaneous
Recourse to legal action is excluded. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply exclusively. If any individual regulations should be or should become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining conditions of participation. These conditions of participation can be changed by ATS at any time without prior notification.

Complaints
Complaints shall be processed only if they are submitted in writing to the responsible department (probau-gewinnspiel@quick-mix.de) and if they clearly name the event under discussion.
